Clinical Observation Of Self-made Decoction In The Treatment Of Lung And Spleen Syndrom Pediatric Kidney Disease Recovery Period

ObjectiveThis research intends to invigorating the spleen and tonifying the lung wet digestion, promoting blood circulation, warm the kidney method, selection of Radix Fici Hirtae, Atractylodes, Codonopsis pilosula, divaricate Saposhnikovia root, tuckahoe, coix seed, malt, mango kernel, Salvia miltiorrhiza, motherwort herb, Fructus Corni, liquorice decoction in the treatment of lung and spleen deficiency, recovery period in children with nephrotic syndrome in children with nephrotic syndrome, reduce the recurrence, the control method, the serum IgG, APTT, PT, FIB-C, PLT, CHOL, TG, apoB comparison, statistics with half year recurrence times, in order to evaluate the effect to decrease the recurrence of nephrotic syndrome patients in recovery period and improving laboratory index number is the exact effect, and to explore the effect of improving the immunity, improve high blood coagulation state, mechanism of correct dyslipidemia, provide a theoretical basis for the therapy of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.MothodsCase studies from 2014 January to 2014 December in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine pediatric inpatients and outpatients with lung and spleen deficiency syndrome in patients with nephrotic syndrome, a total of 13 cases of 2014 January to 2014 December and in Guangdong Province Women and children’s Medical Center outpatient treatment with lung and spleen deficiency syndrome in patients with nephrotic syndrome, a total of 10 cases. The patients were divided into 2 groups,13 cases in the experimental group,10 cases in the control group. Through the statistics of patients within six months the recurrence rate between experimental group and control group. The serum levels of IgG, APTT, PT, FIB-C, PLT, CHOL, TG, apoB changes, using the SPSS18.0 statistical analysis to the result, for the group control, analysis of the decoction to reduce recurrence rate and improve patients with laboratory indexes is helpful.Results(1) to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the experimental group total remission rate was higher than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).(2) after treatment the serum IgG, APTT, PT in the experimental group, FIB-C, PLT, CHOL, TG, apoB significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05), the control group of serum IgG, APTT, PT, FIB-C, PLT, CHOL, TG, apoB significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05), the experimental group after treatment serum IgG, PT, PLT, CHOL, TG, compared with the control group improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionDecoction in reducing lung spleen deficiency type nephrotic syndrome patients in recovery period of recurrence times, improve their own immunity, improve the high blood coagulation state, correct dyslipidemia, compared with western medicine group, with a certain degree of help.
