ObjectiveThis study was to investigate the effect of multi-price bacterial vaccine Lantigen-B on the mucosal immunity function and systemic immunity function of Leukemic children who were after the chemotherapy.MethodAdopted 95 examples of Leukemic children received by the division from 2010-5 to 2011-2, divided them into the two groups stochastically, there were no statistic significance in the ages, the sex between the two groups, The group who use the Lantigen-B and the traditional Chinese medicine included 38 examples.while the other group who only have the traditional Chinese medicine included 47 examples. After taken the chemotherapy, to get the saliva two hours after the meal and a week after the chemertherapy.Keep the saliva in-20℃to preserve, at the same time takes their serum to examine the serum immunoglobulin by scattering nephelometry,T lymphocyte subgroup by flow cytometry and detected the antibody titer of streptococcus pneumoniae by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Taken the multi-price bacterial vaccine(Lantigen-B) in the hypoglossis, two times a day, seven drops in the morning and seven drops in the afternoon, the Chinese traditional drug was given one bag,two times a day,the other group only had the Chinese traditional drug. After three weeks, taked the saliva by the similar method above and reexamined the serum immunoglobulin, various indexes of T cell subgroup and the antibody titer of streptococcus pneumoniae, detected the the quota of secretary immunoglobulin A (SIgA) by radio-immunity (the DAB-PEG law). Simultaneously detected the normal children's saliva specimen and the same indexes of serum sample.Result1 The result of SIgA in experimental group before and after taking the Lantigen were 74.2±54.9mg/L,102.7±82.6mg/L, while in the control group were 77.1±63.6mg/L 78.1±48.4mg/L, P=0.023,.there was a statistic significance. The result of SIgA in the normal children of 64 cases is 66.6±4.18,comparing with the leukemic children whose result is 74.2±54.9,P>0.05,there is no statistic significance.2 The change of immunoglobulin level did not differ between treated group and untreated group. The result of the IgA, IgG and IgM of the experimental group were 0.853±0.510 g/L,5.832±2.071 g/L,0.488±0.298 g/L before taking the drugs and 1.213±0.720g/L,6.933±1.286 g/L,0.717±0.218 g/L after, while in the control group were 0.950±0.276 g/L,7.276±1.882 g/L,0.636±0.384 g/L, after being taken the drug werel.000±0.290 g/L,7.410±1.948 g/L,0.746±0.212 g/L respectively. The result were 0.971±0.273 g/L,7.045±1.668 and 0.586±0.316 in the normal children group vs. 0.853±0.510,5.832±2.071 and 0.488±0.298 in the leukemic children group correspondingly. There is no statistically significant difference between the two groups.3 The indications of serum T cell subgroups after treatment did not differ between treated group and untreated group. In the experimental group the result were 68.55±15.77%,27.92±8.74%,37.61±9.92%,10.46±6.71% before taking the drugs and 69.51±12.59%,28.68±9.29%,37.64±9.12%,10.42±7.41% after. In the control group were 64.07±12.54%,26.87±9.08%,35.15±8.77%,7.67±5.71% before and 69.96±15.14%,25.94±9.51%,36.19±9.49%,6.22±3.50% after. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. The indications of T cell subgroups (CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD19) are 62.63±6.37%,31.25±7.60%,26.37±5.12%,20.61±5.85% in the normal children vs.64.77±13.79%,22.87±9.18%,37.68±9.09%,8.50±5.16% in the group of examined leukemic children correspondingly,CD4 and CD 19 increased significantly, while CD8 decreased significantly.4 In the treated group the result was1.872±1.135 ng/L before and 3.205±0.955 ng/L after. In the control group the result was 1.671±1.353 ng/L before and 1.834±1.413 after,P=0.03, there is a statistical significance in the antibody titer of streptococcus pneumonia. There is a statistically significant difference between before and after treatment in the antibody titer of streptococcus pneumoniae in the treated group of leukemic children (P=0.007).Conclucion1,There is no difference of the SIgA in saliva between the healthy and the leukemic children. After treated with multi-price bacterial vaccine immune, the SIgA in saliva is increased sharply in leukemic chilren.2,The systemic immune function of the leukemic children who are completely remission did not change after taking the drugs.CD4 and CD 19 in the leukemic children were lower than the normal children significantly, while CD8 was converse.3,The leukemic children who are completely remission can produce the antibody titer of streptococcus pneumoniae after having the Lantigen-B.
