The Study Of Simiao Pill In The Improving Of Ureteral Stent Symptom Of The Dampness And Heat Accumulation Of Calculus Of Ureter Patients After Surgery

ObjectiveThe paper is conducted to observe the effect of the treatment by Simiao pill of Ureteral Stent Symptom of the dampness and heat accumulation of calculus of ureter patients after surgery. To explore the curative effect of TCM to improve Ureteral Stent Symptom and the qulity of life of calculus of ureter patients with double-J stent, and To expand TCM clinical application and value.MethodsAccording to the diagnosis standard, we have adopted 66 cases of unilateral calculus of ureter due to dampness and heat accumulation. These cases are divided into 2 groups by randomized controlled trial. The treatment group was 33 cases, The control group also was 33 cases. The patients in treatment group were cured by Simiao Pill(6g bid) and Levofloxacin Tablets(1# qd) from the third day after surgery to the day before removeing double-J stent, The patients in control group were cured by Levofloxacin Tablets (1# qd) only. Two groups were asked to finish Ureteral Stent Symptom Questionnaire(USSQ),The time respectively were the first week, the forth week after indwelling double-J stent, and the first week after removeing double-J stent. Every time we checked the urine analysis.ResultsAll The.patients finished Ureteral Stent Symptom Questionnaire. Between The treatment group and the control group, The Contrast Analysis were:① The lower urinary tract Symptom(micturition, Urgency, Incomplete emptying, nocturia, incontinence, Dysuria, Hematuria) relieved in the treatment group, ② body pain Symptom:we had the remission in pain (waist, hypogastrium, The bladder area) and less sleep disturbance in the treatment group. ③ General health:patients in the treatment group had more energy and Need lesser extra help than the control group.④ work ability:the probability of Work change declined and the total work hours increased in the treatment group, ⑤ sexual life satisfaction had no significant difference. ⑥ urine analysis:WBC, RBC declined in mostly examination.ConelusionSimiao Pill can obviously improve Ureteral Stent Symptom of the dampness and heat accumulation of calculus of ureter patients after surgery.
