Effect Of Modified Simiao Pill On Indexes Related Coagulation Of LDVT Patients

Objective:This study using Simiao Pill for deep venous thrombosis of lower limb,to observe changes of related indexes of coagulations,limb circumference difference of patients,to explore the clinical effect of Simiao Pill on treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb.Methods:60 patients of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb were randomly divided into tow groups,control and treatment group.Control group was used medicine of anticoagulation and antiplatelet:low molecular heparin 5000iu were given by subcutaneous injection once a day,and aspirin 0.1g by taking the medicine orally once a day.And the treatment group was treated with Modified Simiao Pill combined with medicine of anticoagulation and antiplatelet of control group.After one courses of 21 days,objective indexes of D-Dimer;fibrinogen and limb diameter difference in patients and the clinical efficacy were anlysised.Results:1.After one courses of treatment,the difference of limb circumference between tow groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.2.After one courses of treatment,the difference of D-Dimer between tow groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.3.After one courses of treatment,the difference of fibrinogen between tow groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.4.After one courses of treatment,the difference of clinical efficacy between tow groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:1.Modified Simiao Pill can reduce contant of D-Dimer and fibrinogen of plasma of LDVT patients.2-Modified Simiao Pill can reduce the degree of limb swelling,and improve symptoms and signs,and improve the clinical efficacy.
