Clinical Research Of The Medium-term Or Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Treatment Of Use Of Poisons As Antidotes

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of treatment of use of poisons as antidotes in the medium-term or advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The clinical value of the treatment would be evaluated.MethodsA randomized controlled study included 60 cases of the medium-term or advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into 2 groups, including Treatment of use of poisons as antidotes group, Fuzheng method group.21 days as a course of treatment, delivery time for 2 course. The clinical efficacy would be compared after 2 course of treatment through the change of the Karnofsky score, weight, tumor, clinical symptoms, adverse reactions and so on.ResultsIn the group of use of poisons as antidotes and Fuzheng group, Karnofsky score of before treatment,21 days and 42 days after treatment by pairwise comparison analysis, both the differences between before treatment and 21 days after treatment, before treatment and 42 days after treatment were statist-ically significant (P<0.05).The difference between 21 days after treatment and 42 days after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of Karnofsky score after 21 days of treatment was not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0.05); The difference of Karnofsky score after 42 days of treatment was not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0.05). Results show that the treatment of use of poisons as antidotes can maintain the patients good physical and behavior condition.In terms of symptom score, the differences between two grounds of before treatment,21 days and 42 days after treatment were by pairwise comparison analysis. There were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The results show that the treatment of use of poisons as antidotes can relieve patients’sym-ptoms, fatigue improved significantly. As the extension of treatment time, symptoms appear better trend, suggesting that prolonged treatment may benefit the patients.In the perspective of weight, the differences between two grounds of before treatment,21 days and 42 days after treatment were by pairwise comparison analysis. There were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The results show that the treatment of use of poisons as antidotes can maintain and increase patients’weight.From the view of tumor, between the two groups before treatment and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); The results of the study suggest that fight poison method cytoreductive strength is small, but can be largely stable tumor.In terms of adverse reaction, no serious adverse reactions occurred in the study. And the adverse reactions could be tolerated, not need special treatment. ConelusionThe treatment of use of poisons as antidotes in non-small cell lung cancer treatment method can improve the physical condition of the patient, maintain and increase weight, relieve symptoms, stabilize the tumor. In terms of adverse reaction, no serious adverse reactions occurred and all the adverse reactions could be tolerated, not need special treatment. The treatment of use of poisons as antidotes can be an alternative effective treatment method in the medium-term or advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
