Yiqiyangyin Antidote Combined With TP Scheme Advanced Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer Patients QOL Clinical Research

Objective:To observe Yiqiyangyin antidote treating Non-small cell lung cancer in quality of life, and provide clinical edvidence for the Chinese medicine treatment of non-small cell lung cancer research,and clinical exploration for chinese medicinal products treating non-small cell lung cancer and expound TCM treat non-small cell lung cancer characteristics and advantages,to standardize the evaluation system of Chinese medicine lay the foundation.Methods:40 cases with Non-small cell lung cancer randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(Yiqiyangyin detoxification combined with chemotherapy TP) with 20 cases, the control group(chemotherapy alone TP) with 20 cases,the treatment group with TP chemotherapy,and 21 days as a course of continuous observation for 2 cycles.Chemotherapy treatment group with Yiqiyangyin antidote for oral taken once a day in the interim period day one.compared two groups in changes quality of life,in tumor lesions,such as the improvement of symptoms Chinese situation.Results:①life quality comparison:two groups FACT-L scale scores improved kinds,two groups after treatment in daily activities,mood,additional concern and total points,improving ability significant points difference(P＜0.01),the two groups of family life,social integration in treatment group was significant difference(P＜0.01),in control group was difference(P＜0.05), two groups after treatment,the mood in the daily activities compared to the total score and significant difference(P＜0.01);compare the two groups QLQ-C30 and QLQ-LC13 improve scale scores,two groups after treatment in physical function and overall health and quality of life and health/related economic integration increases,the role and function of emotion and lung function,cognitive function in quality of life were reduced nonspecific,significant module integration difference(P＜0.01),physical symptom scores were lower,the treatment group was significant difference(P＜0.01),in control group was difference(P＜0.05),two group compared to the physical symptoms after treatment,reduced points difference(P＜0.05).②comparison in Tumor size:there is no significant difference in both groups(P＞0.05)③comparison in Symptoms TCM improvement:After treatment,8 cases were marked effect,12 cases were effect, in the control group,none cases were marked effect,eight cases were effect,there is significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Yiqiyangyin antidote combined with chemotherapy TP and pure chemotherapy all can impove quality of life,but in improving patients physical symptoms,daily activities,emotional and TCM symptoms combined with Yiqiyangyin antidote is better than pure chemotherapy.
