BackgroundFunctional constipation, which is called FC also, haven’t catched too much attention in the past. But in recent years, due to various reasons, the incidence rate was gradually increased. More and more people realize the disease can affect the life digital and long-term health. Therefore so more and more people interest in FC disease. Because of the side effects of Western medicine and the high economic cost, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment, which are well knowned on there’s effect, but workable and not conducive to the implementation of widespread implementation. Therefore seeking treatments that economic convenient effective and also have little side effects becoming more and more necessary.ObjectiveTo investigate the use of laxative paste and Shu Mu point treatment of functional constipation effect. Sticking affixed to observe laxative Dachangshu and Tianshu efficacy of treatment of functional constipation. Yu Mu point method validation and acupuncture treatment of functional constipation posts dressing effect. Investigate the efficay of the method and. compare with Congrong Tongbian Oral, finding a choice for treating functional constipation.MethodsIn this study, a total of 60 patients with FC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 30 individuals, both’ of them had basic treatment. Patients in treatment group sticked points at "Dachangshu(double)" and "Tianshu(double)" when those in control group having Congrong Tongbian Oral. Both of them took 2 week as a course. Scored BSFS and CCS before and after the treatmeng in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application to verify the treatment of this disease.Conclusion:There were significant differences in the treat between the BSFS score before and after the treatment in the treatment group (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the BSFS score before the treatment was different with the score in follow-up (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the BSFS score after the treatment was not different with the score in follow-up (P>0.05). In the treatment group, the CCS score before the treatment was different with the score after the treatment (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the CCS score before the treatment was different with the score in follow-up (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the CCS score after the treatment was different with the score in follow-up (P<0.05). In the control group, the BSFS score before the treatment was different with the score after the treatment (P<0.05). In the control group, the BSFS score before the treatment was different with the score in follow-up (P<0.05).
