For over sixty years, China’s medical industry has developed steadily. Especially after the performance of the reform and opening policy in the past few decades, we have initially established the schools of medical education, education after graduation. Continual medical education has formed a comprehensive system. On this basis, we trained a large number of medical personnel. Our resident training has also gradually developed into a standardized track. Among them, the standardized training of residents is an important part of medical education in China. At present, there also exist some problems in the training of physicians in China’s most comprehensive hospitals. The standardized training of residents is an important factor that restricts the clinical development of medical cause in China. Being more and more aware of the importance of comprehensive hospital, we have achieved some initial results in help the residents to acquire basic knowledge and basic skills. But there still be some problems. We should put foreward more standard rules to assess these residents, such as the registration of the names of the desease, the number of cases, operating records, inspection records, departmental rotation examination, evaluation stage, the contents of the annual appraisal, etc. These data may be tedious, complicated, and difficult to integrate, to share. This is a relatively weak link in our country in the present comprehensive residency training process. And it also restricts the development of China’s scientific, comprehensive training. So far, China has not yet established a unified training management system in hospital. We need to stablish a reasonable mode of standardized management, and to improve the efficiency of medical talents as soon as possible, hence to establish our comprehensive hospital management mode with international standards.Take the X Hospital as an example, this paper tends to explore the factors influencing the standardized resident training quality and efficiency, hence to provide scientific basis for the selection and training of resident physicians, and to explore the purpose, necessity, and solution to the problems, so as to explore a training model to achieve this kind of standardized training.
