Observe 2940nm lattice laser treatment of facial pitting the curative effect of acne scarring and value.Objective To observe 2940nm yttrium-scandium-gallium garnet (Yttriums scandium gallium garnet becomes, YSGG) lattice laser treatment of facial pitting the curative effect of acne scarring and value.Methods Clinical in 70 patients with facial pitting acne scarring, according to the difference of different treatment in patients with clinical group, control group therapy using 2940 nm YSGG lattice laser treatment not stripped pattern; Treatment group with 2940 nm YSGG laser dot matrix not stripped model treatment, then treated with stripped pattern. Two groups of patients with treatment time is 6 weeks, a total of four times treatment. (1) to observe the two groups of patients efficiently; (2) before treatment with the first, second, third, fourth, and 3 months after treatment, respectively, for all patients with facial pitting acne scar to score the VISIA digital skin analysis system, compare the score difference between two groups of two groups of patients before and after the treatment; (3) observed two groups of patients during treatment of all kinds of complications, including pain, erythema, edema, skin pigmentation, zebra crossing pigment abnormalities, seepage, infection and scarring. (4) 3 months after treatment, questionnaires, asking patients to treatment effect after treatment satisfaction;(5) lesion count: respectively before and after treatment for 3 months for papules, pustules, nodules, cysts and other skin to count.Results (1) the team facial pitting acne scar patients after treatment, the cure rate was 57.14%. The control facial pitting acne scar patients after treatment, the cure rate was 31.43%. Differences between the two groups after statistics processing have a significantly (P< 0.05); (2) the VISIA score divided into Pore score (Pore, P), skin quality score (Texture, T), based on P + T VISIA total score. Group patients before treatment with the first, second, third, fourth and VISIA score 3 months after treatment, respectively (8.40±2.55), (8.34±2.47), (7.71±2.43), (6.79±2.39), (5.19±2.40), (2.91±2.04) and control group patients before treatment with the first, second, third, fourth and VISIA score 3 months after treatment, respectively (8.44±2.68), (8.37±2.49), (7.65±2.55), (6.42±2.44), (5.03±2.54), (3.63±2.21). VISIA score before treatment in both groups, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Two groups of patients first, second, third, fourth, and 3 months after treatment VISIA score comparison, differences were significant (P< 0.05); (3) during the treatment, the team patients the incidence of complications was 17.14%, control group patients the incidence of complications was 20.00%. There was no significant difference between the two groups after statistics treatment (P> 0.05); (4) 3 months after treatment, the team in treating patients with satisfaction rate was 97.14%, control group patients to treatment satisfaction rate of 80.00%. Differences between the two groups after after statistics processing significantly (P< 0.05); (5) the team after treatment papules, pustules, nodules/total cyst, skin lesions, respectively (8.35±8.36), (2.10±0.95), (0.78±0.52), (10.75±9.32) and the control group after treatment papules, pustules, nodules/total cyst, skin lesions, respectively (11.68±8.34), (2.95±1.53), (1.23±0.67), (15.35±9.68), the differences were significant (P< 0.05).Conclusions for patients with facial pitting acne scarring, using 2940 nm YSGG laser dot matrix not stripped pattern treatment 1, treatment with stripped pattern again, has a good clinical treatment efficiency.2790 nm YSGG laser dot matrix has the obvious effects, the advantages of high precision, low damage and easy to operate, and with less complications and degree of pigmentation after treatment, the 2940 nm YSGG lattice is laser treatment of facial superficial scar one of safe and effective method.
