Objective:Comparing three different intraocular lens’ influence on intraocular lens position and secondary cataractin rabbit eyes after incarcerated line capsulotomyMethods:All experimental animals were separated into four groups randomly. They were received posterior curvilinear capsulorhexis with optic capture of the posterior chamber intraocular lensade, PMMA IOL is implanted in group A; three-pieces and Silicone IOL in group B; sigie-piece and sharp edge optic is square Acrylic IOL in group C. Group D was used as a blank control group, not implanted Artificial Lens. All surgical animals were checked with slit lamp、UBM and take pictures 1day;1 week; 1 month and 3 month. Histopathologic examination was done on the surgical bulbars 3 month.(1)the first postoperative day A, B, C, D group of pupil area were with membrane formation. The cornea is moderate edema in group A, and B, C, D mild edema One week later on the exudative tunic pupillary area in group A、B and C were absorbed before,Proiminent Tyndall signs Were seen in all three groups except D group. One month after surgery discovered in the eyes of two cases in group A was opcificasion in central posterior capsular and other eyes of group remained clear. (2)Three months after surgery, three Artificial Lens have deflection or clamping, two cases have clamping in group A, one case has deflection in group B, two cases have clamping and eight cases have deflection in group C.Conclusion: Implanted IOL sac, optical capsule membrane, after implantation, the postoperative stable position of IOL, optical center, visual axis transparent, visual improved significantly, effectively prevent the backwardness cataract uveitis, and crystal clamping complications; During surgery, keep crystal optical parts of the bank of China, in the event of crystal clamping, tilt, easy to cause the studies; The optical part material for Acrylic crystal, can fold, feasible micro incision surgery, and good tissue compatibility, so can reduce tissue damage, reduce the front section of inflammation, reduce iatrogenic astigmatism caused by surgery, and the two loop polypropylene crystal supportive with artificial crystal is quite hard, appear crystal clamping, low deformation and the incidence of ectopic, reduce the incidence of studies, it is more suitable for ultrasonic emulsification cataract posterior capsular circular capsulorhexis+ +artificial lens posterior capsular embedded optical department this procedure.
