A Clinical Comparative Study Between Programmed Laparoscopic Left Lateral Segment Liver Resection And Open Left Lateral Segment Liver Resection

Objective:To compare the curative effect in the treatment of left lateral segment liver cancer in programmed laparoscopic left lateral segment liver resection (LLLR) and open left lateral segment liver resection(OLLR).Methods:30 cases of LLLR and OLLR are retrospectively analyzed respectively with two groups Clinical data, which ranging from the October of 2011 to the December of 2014 in our hospital. Make a brief introduction about the operation mode of LLLR and some related matters to be noticed during the operation. Now we compare the two groups in the following indexs:the operation time, the blood loss during the operation, the hospital stay after the operation, the time of extubation after operation, the frequency of using the analgesics after the operation, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, the level of TBiL,Albumin,AST,ALT in the first day and the third day before and after the operation.Results:The operation were all successfully completed in every patients. There was no conversion to open surgery in the LLLR. After the comparison, we draw a conclusion that it makes no significance between LLLR and OLLR in the operation time, the level of Albumin,AST,ALT before the operation,the level of TBiL before and after the operation (P>0.05). However, it makes great significance in the comparison of the following index:the blood loss during the operation, the hospital stay after the operation, the time of extubation after operation, the frequency of using the analgesics after the operation, the level Albumin after the operation, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, the recovery ALT and AST (P<0.05).Conclusion:With the feature of convenience, safety and feasibility, the technology of LLLR has more advantages over OLLR with less trauma and rapidly recovery and apparent therapeutic effect.
