The clinical application value of them can be evaluated based on the observation of pathological sections, analysis of the result of immunohistochemical staining, comparison of accuracies of diagnosis on canine breast tumor by conventional dyeing technology of tumor tissue and immunohistochemical staining. The result shows that the HE staining can precisely tell whether the original tissue from which the pathological sections are sampled is from tumor tissue, normal mammary gland structure such as mammary gland flocculus, pipe and gland myoepithelial would be changed, connective tissue appeared hyperplasia and there are a lot of inflammatory cells in the organization. whilst observed from the result of immunohistochemical staining, prognosis judgment can be judged by the difference of positive expression rates occurred in benign breast tumor and malignant breast tumor where ER, PR and p53 specific immune responses with organization of canine breast tumor. |
