The Value Of The Ultrasound Elastography And Colposcopy In The Clinical Diagnosis Of Cervical Cancer

Objective:Through experimental study on ultrasound elastography and Colposcopy were applied in cervical cancer. Explore the value of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods:Application of ultrasound elastography and colposcope in 47 patients with cervical disease check respectively, analysis of test results and reference criteria to make a diagnosis, in histopathological examination of the diagnostic criteria, pathological diagnosis of 32 cases of cervical cancer,32 cases of CIN, select TCT examination showed normal or inflammatory cells in patients with no clinical manifestations of abnormal vaginal bleeding and bleeding contact 20 cases in the control group.Results:1.Colposcopy examination in the diagnosis of sensitivity of 93.75%,the Specificity of 71.43%,the accuracy of 82.09%,P<0.01,with statistical significance。2.Ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of sensitivity of 90.63%,the Specificity of 77.14%,the accuracy of 83.58%%,P<0.01,with statistical significance。3.Colposcopy examination in the diagnosis of 32 cases of cervical cancer and 15 cases of CIN. sensitivity of 93.75%,the Specificity of 60.0%%,the accuracy of 82.98%,P<0.01,with statistical significance。4.Ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of 32 cases of cervical cancer and 15 cases of CIN, sensitivity of 90.63%,the Specificity of 66.67%,the accuracy of 90.70%,P<0.01,with statistical significance。5.The two methods combined diagnosis was the Sensitivity of 96.88%, the Specificity of 82.86%,the accuracy of 89.55%,P<0.01,with statistical significance。6.According to the matching count data of three-dimensional chi-square test, ultrasound elastography and colposcopy in the diagnosis of the sensitivity, the specificity and the accuracy of cervical cancer, there was no significant difference in accuracy。Conclusions:1.Ultrasound elastography has some clinical value in the diagnosis of cervical cancer。2.Ultrasound elastography for diagnosis CIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ with higher accuracy。3.Ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of cervical cancer as a new diagnostic method has high sensitivity and specificity, simple, non-invasive, repeatable, easy to accept the patient characteristics, ease of promotion。...
