Objective:To discuss the effect of the water extract of camellia nitidissima on the proliferation and apoptosis of Hela cells at different concentration. Further promote the medicinal value of camellia nitidissima and provide new theoretical basis and new ideas on the treatment of cervical cancer.Method:1. Water infiltration method was applied to extract camellia nitidissima and then preparated water extract.2. Human cervical carcer Hela cell in 1640 medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum, incubator trainingat the temperature of 37℃ and 5% CO2. Hela cell were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group set five drug concentration gradient as follows:20μg/ml,40μg/ml,80μg/ml,160μg/ml,320μg/ml.3. After the water extract of camellia nitidissima action 24h,48h and 72h, MTT was used to detect the proliferation of Hela cell. 4. After different concentration of the water extract of camellia nitidissima function the same time, the cell apoptosis and morphological changes were observed by using inverted phase contrast microscope. 5.Flow tometry is used to detect apoptosis rate.6.SPSS version 21.0 were used for statistics analyzing and P<0.05, with statistical difference. Data is expressed by percentage (%).Result:1.The same time effect of water extract of Camellia chrysantha (24h or 48h or 72h) of different concentration treatment groups (20μg/ml,40μg/ml.80μg/ml,160μg/ml,320μg/ml) on human cervical cancer Hela cells. Compared with the low concentration group, differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The same concentration groups and different action time on cervical cancer Hela cell lines between the inhibition rate of group comparison, were statistically significant (P<0.05), The effects were most pronounced in 48 hours.2.Camellia flower extract can change the configuration of Hela cell lines.3. Camellia flower extract can induce apoptosis of Hela cell line, and at the same time (48h) of cancer cell apoptosis rate increased with the increase of drug concentration.Conclusion:The water extract of camellia nitidissima can inhibits the proliferation of Hela cell lines, and induce apoptosis of human cervical carcinoma cell line Hela,...
