Objective: In this study,combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,Through clinical observation of the three common syndromes of lung inflation(edema syndrome due to yang deficiency, phlegm-heat obstructing lung, the insufficiency of lung and kidney qi syndrome)and normal healthy people group.The plasma brain natriuretic peptide, tumor necrosis factor α as the main test indicators,research and analysis the BNP and TNF-α of the three common syndromes of lung inflation and normal healthy people group.To investigate the correlation of the three syndromes of lung inflation with BNP and TNF-α, and Provided a reference to looking for a therapeutic target.Methods: This study uses epidemiological investigation methods, Application the Program of parallel controlled study,According to the inclusion criteria choice the group of edema syndrome due to yang deficiency,lung inflation yang insufficiency 29 cases,26 cases of the insufficiency of lung and kidney qi, phlegm-heat obstructing lung in 47 cases, total of 102 cases,and set up 21 cases of normal control group, According to clinical manifestations, Assess NYHA classification and pulmonary function classification,Detected the echocardiography、lung function、and uric acid,use ELISA to detected BNP and TNF-α,to observe the clinical symptoms、signs and relevant laboratory parameters variation in the common lung inflation, evaluate the influence of the BNP、TNF-α and other indicators in three common syndromes of lung inflation.Results:1.The comparison between Syndromes and BNP:The COPD three groups’ BNP levels were compared with normal group, there was a significant difference(P<0.05),But the BNP level among the COPD groups has no statistically significant(P> 0.05).2. The comparison between Syndromes and TNF-α:The results were arranged accordingto the mean of TNF-α level:edema syndrome due to yang deficiency group> the insufficiency of lung and kidney qi syndromegroup>phlegm-heat obstructing lung group>normal group.The COPD three groups’ BNP levels were compared with normal group, there has a significant difference(P<0.05).The edema syndrome due to yang deficiency group with the insufficiency of lung and kidney qi syndrome group respectively compared with the phlegm-heat obstructing lung group,there has statistically significant(P<0.05),But the difference has no statistically significant(P>0.05) in the edema syndrome due to yang deficiency group with the insufficiency of lung and kidney qi syndrome group.3.The comparison between BNP、TNF-α with the grading of NYHA and pulmonar y function:There has no significant difference(P>0.05) of BNP and TNF-α level bet ween each grading of NYHA and pulmonary unction. BNP, TNF-α were have no sig nificant correlation(P>0.05) with both NHYA and lung function grading.4.The comparison between lung function and syndromes:both of FEV1% and FEV1 / FVC(%) has no significant difference(P>0.05) between the three groups of patie nts.5.The comparison between syndromes and echocardiography::The LVEF and LVD d between COPD patients has no significant difference(P>0.05); The PAP and RVDd of edema syndrome due to yang deficiency group compared with the insufficiency of lung and kidney qi syndromegroup and phlegm-heat obstructing lung group respective ly,has statistically significant(P<0.05);The LAd of he edema syndrome due to yang d eficiency group has a significant difference(P<0.05)compared with the insufficiency of lung and kidney qi syndrome group;Conclusion: ① The edema syndrome due to yang deficiency、the insufficiency of lun g and kidney qi syndrome、phlegm-heat obstructing lung of Lung inflation were comp anyed with cardiac insufficiency.②TNF-α not only signified the inflammation process, but also signified the aggravating process of heart failure, can be used as a predictor of heart failure.③Both BNP and TNF-α has no significant correlation with HYHA and,lung function. ④Lung inflation between the three groups of patients FEV1%, FEV1 / FVC(%) of no significant difference. ⑤ Results from the mean of echocardiography,the edema syndrome due to yang deficiency permits more severe cardiac dysfunction.
