| Objective:1. Through clinical studying under Professor Li Qi, recording medical cases, learning literatures, this paper summarizes the academic thoughts and clinical experience of professor Li Qi’promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, so as to provide a theoretical basis for a better application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.2. Observe and study the clinical efficacy of the use of the "circulation kidney soup" according to the blood circulation principle in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, to provide a reference for a further optimization of the Blood Stasis method in the chronic glomerulonephritis treatment.Methods:1. Academic Thought:Through clinical studying under Professor Li Qi, recording medical cases, learning literatures, this paper summarized the Professor Li Qi’s academic thought and experience of blood circulation method to treat chronic glomerulonephritis.2. Clinical research:(1)60 chronic glomerulonephritis(blood stasis type) patients were randomly grouped into experimental group(30 cases) and control group(30cases)according to the single-blind method and the principle of random grouping.(2)The patients of both groups’ age, sex, disease duration, the main symptoms and renal function were checked to insure these two groups were comparable.(3). The medicine method: 1) The test group:on the basis of western medicine conventional symptomatic treatment, combined with the use of "blood kidney soup". For a daily dose, decoction juice 600 ml, three times a day, 200 mleachtime, after breakfast, lunch, dinner respectively. Four weeks as a period of treatment. 2) The control group: the conventional western medicine treatment with Piperazine Ferulate Tablets 3 times a day, take two tablets each time.(4).Treatment and medication note: each group takes four weeks as a period of treatment, and takes 3 period of treatment in total. During the treatment, both groups are conducted in strict accordance with the treatment plan of each group, applications or combinations with other drugs or measures for the treatment of blood stasisarestrictly prohibited.(5). After complete the treatment, make blood and urineroutineexamination, recheck 24 hours urinary protein, liver, kidney function,etc,to evaluate the safety of the medication. Results: 1. Academic thought and experience summary:(1).succeed tradition, make innovation(2).Pay attention to integrality and emphasizes individuality.(3).Combine symptomatic treatment and disease identity treatment,combine western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.(4).Cure the disease should cure the foundation, and both acquired and in born character are important.(5).Kidney disease are lingering and always has prolonged duration, blood circulation treatment should be used throughout the period. 2. Clinical research results:(1).64 patients(60 cases were included in this topic research, 4 cases were excluded).There was no significant difference(P >0.05)in Two groups of patients in age, gender, disease duration, and TCM syndrome score before treatment and other aspects of clinical general information.(2).After three months of treatment, the experimental group’s the total effective rate was 86.67%; the control group’s total effective rate was 63.33%, there was a significant difference(P <0.05) between these two group.(3).The effect of experimental group in improving fixed low back pain or tingling, or gloomy complexion, scaly dry skin, swollen, numbness and other TCM clinical symptoms and in reducing the urine protein, urine red blood cells, etc, is better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).(4).According to the statistical analysis on the safety indicators of the experimental group and the control group before and After treatment, such as general situation(T, P, R, BP), blood routine(HGB, RBC, WBC, PLT), and hepatic function(ALT, AST),there is no statistical significance(P > 0.05)between this two group. Conclusion: 1. Based on clinical studies in chronic glomerulonephritis treatment for many years, Li Qi professor recognizes that "blood stasis" is a common symptoms characteristics of a large part of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,especially patients in middle and later period.They are clinically characterized by symptoms such as smoked black or dark complexion;lumbago fixed or tingling; scaly dry skin, swollen, numbness, tongue color purple dark or has addiction point, addiction spot, pulse fine astringent and other symptoms. Aimed at this pathological features, Professor Li Qi theorized the " blood circulation to remove blood stasis" treatment which has a positive influence in the clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. 2. "Blood kidney soup" has a good clinical effect with the blood stasis type of chronic glomerulonephritis patients. In the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinical symptoms and in the reduction of the laboratory index such a surine protein, urine red blood cell sand in the improvement of overall curative effect, the effect of experimental group is better than the control group. |
