Objective:To observe the change of HCY concentration and ba-PWV level in patients with hypertension and do analysis and comparison, to investigate the correlation between HCY and ba-PWV in patients with hypertension, and analysis of influence factors of ba-PWV patients with hypertension increased, so as to explore the involvement of HCY in vascular elasticity of hypertension in patients with irreversible change mechanism, provide a new strategy for the prevention and control of hypertension in patients with early atherosclerosis. Methods:The choice of 2014 September-2015 year January in Our Hospital Medical examination center and Cardiovascular Department of internal medicine clinic of 146 cases of Primary hypertension Patients as the research object, of which 82 cases of male, female 64 cases. According to the "guidelines for prevention and treatment of hypertension in China 2010", the risk stratification of hypertension increased new cardiovascular risk factors, namely, plasma homocysteine (HCY) was more than 10umol/L. Therefore, in order to HCY≥10umol/L as anomaly boundary value, divided into normal group and abnormal group, two groups of related data analysis. Measureing the resting state of patients enrolled under the ba-PWV, because the relevant literature suggests that when patients with ba-PWV≥1400 cm/s, the arterial elasticity decreased incidence. Therefore, it can be used as an abnormal value of ba-PWV, the grouping of ba-PWV, which is divided into the normal group and abnormal group, two groups of related data analysis. Results:(1) Two groups of different levels of HCY in patients with smoking history, course of hypertension, age, positive family history, sex, BMI, HDL-C, FPG,DBP, had no statistically significant difference (all P> 0.05), but the HCY abnormal group TG, TC,LDL-C,SBP,PP and ba-PWV levels were significantly higher than normal group HCY (all P< 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the HCY level was positively correlated with SBP,PP and ba-PWV (P<0.05). (2) Two groups of different ba-PWV levels in patients with smoking history, positive family history, course of hypertension, sex, BMI, DBP,TC, FPG level had no statistically significant difference (all P> 0.05), but the ba-PWV abnormal group age, HDL-C, TG, LDL-C, SBP,PP and HCY levels were significantly higher than the normal ba-PWV group (all P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that ba-PWV was negatively correlated with HDL-C (P<0.05), were positively correlated with age, LDL-C, SBP, PP and HCY levels (all P<0.05). The dependent variable in ba-PWV, age, HDL-C, LDL-C, SBP,PP and HCY levels as independent variables in regression analysis of multi factors, the results will be removed HDL-C、PP from the risk factors (P>0.05), while age, LDL-C, SBP and HCY are the independent risk factors of ba-PWV (all P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with hypertension arteriosclerosis index ba-PWV reaction increased with increasing serum HCY level, they were positively correlated, and HCY is an independent risk factor of hypertension patients with arteriosclerosis.
