Objective:Analysis of ovarian tumors in young women under 20 years old the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment,to improve the early diagnos-tic rate and improve prognosis.Materials andMethods:A retrospective analysis is performed on patients of aged under 20 years old with Ovarian tumors in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university between January 2004 and December 2014. Analyze its clinical symptoms, auxiliary examination, treatment and pathological types, and so on and so forth. Application of SPSS 21.0 software package for data for statistical analysis.Results:1. The most common symptoms of ovarian tumors were abdominal pain,abdominal distension, irregular menstruation and abdominal mass in young women aged under 20 years old.2.198 cases(85.71%) can reach the pelvic or abdominal mass. The color doppler flow imaging had the accurate rate of 53.14% (110/207) in PreoPerative estimation that the tumor was benign or malignant and tissue source. The CT had the accurate rate of 84.88%(73/86) in PreoPerative eestimation that the tumor was benign or malignaflt and tissue source.3. Benign ovarian tumors in young women aged under 20 years old are in the first place, benign ovarian tumors occupy 209 cases (85.31%).Germ cell tumors that are occupy 137 case (81.82%) are in the lead in the period.4.171 case(81.82%) of benign tumors are given ovarian cystectomy,38 cases(18.18%) of benign tumor are given salpingo oophorectomy.Benign rumors combined torsion are the main reason for salpingo oophorectomy.5.7cases with borderline ovarian tumors retain reproductive function after surgery in young women aged under 20 years old.4 cases of early-stage don’t undergo surgical stage.1 case of early-stage undergoes preservative operation of fertility by surgical stage.1 case of late-stage undergoes punch biopsy resection of ovary.1 case reproductive function by residual tumor volumes, the chemotherapy regimen is TC regimen after the surgery.6.26 cases under the age of 20 are non epithelial ovarian cancer.24 cases with favorable stage remain reproductive function.2 cases with advanced maligant tumor have complete surgical staging.Postoperative according to FIGO staging and patient and family members, then 20 cases determine to do the chemotherapy regimen.3 cases are epithelial ovarian cancer, 2 cases renmain reproductive tunction,1 case undergoes complete surgical staging. Postoperative according to FIGO staging and patient and family members, then 1 case determines to do the chemotherapy regimen.Conclusion:1.Under the age of 20 patients with ovarian tumors lack of specific clinical manifestations, so we should pay much attention to census of physical examination for female adolescents.The color doppler flow imaging should be as the preferred auxiliary examination.CT and MRI are helpful to improve the diagnostic rate. Detection of tumor markers can also assist in diagnosis.2.Most of under the age of 20, ovarian tumors’pathological types are benign,germ cell tumors are in the first place. It should be operated as soon as possibleb once diagnosed and indicated surgical indications, to aovid ovarian tumor torsion and necrosis.3.Under the age of 20 patients with ovarian tumor,the benign ovarian tumor should retain normal ovarian tissue, the borderline and malignant ovarian germ tumor should try to be retain reproductive function.Malignant ovarian tumor according to FIGO staging then determine chemotherapy regimen. To provide more futur childbearing chances.
