ObjectiveThis Research use the Qingzhi granules to treat the hypertension Ievel2 of the sy-nd rome of Excessive phlegm-dampness,to explore the influence of Qingzhi granules on T CM syndrome, blood pressure, dyslipidemia, carotid artery-media thickness(IMT), b-od y mass index (BMI), leptin, to evaluate the effectiveness of the Qingzhi granules an-d observe its safety.MethodThe research collect 100 patients who meet the inclusion criteria with hypertension 1-evel2 of the syndrome of excessive phlegm-dampness, by using the method of rand-o m number table to divided the patients into two groups:western medicine group and Western medicine combined Qingzhi granules group,50 cases in each group.By obser-ving the blood pressure, dyslipidemia, IMT, BMI,leptin and TCM syndrome, ect ofeac-h group before and after treatment, with the statistical analysis, to make comprehen-si ve assessment the effcience in tradi-tional Chinese Medcine and each detected index (f-or example:blood pressure)in the two groups.Result1.Compare the treatment of 4 weeks group systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the d-ifference is significant (P<0.05); Contrast with the group, the difference was statistical-ly significant (P<0.05); the difference between the two groups(pretreatment and 2 wee ks,4 weeks) were compared statistically different (P<0.05); antihypertensive effects we-re compared, no significant difference (P>0.05).Antihypertensive effect of the treatmen-t group than the control group, but the difference in terms of overall antihypertensive effect is not significant.2.The treatment of 4 weeks between triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and the group before and after treatment difference co-mpared statistically significant (P<0.05); treatment group TQ TC, compared to exist i-n the LDL-C group were statistically significant (P<0.05); compared statistically signif- icant (P<0.05) in the control group TC group; highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (HD L-C) group comparison between the inner and inter-group and group difference was n-ot statistically significant (P>0.05). Description two treatment regimens can reduce the TC, and the effect of the treatment group than the control group, in addition to the tr-eatment group also reduces TG, LDL-C, but have no effect on HDL-C.3.The treatment of 4 weeks between groups difference between leptin and itsgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); comparison group in the treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.05); comparison group in the control group, the-re is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); between group BMI, the differen-ce between IMT and groups, no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); treatmentgr-oup, the control group in the BMI group, were statistically significant (P<0.05); treat-ment group, the control group in the IMT group was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). Description two treatment regimens to reduce the amplitude of approximately the same BMI, but the treatment group also decreased serum leptin concentrations, but the-y had no effecton IMT.4.4 weeks of treatment groups symptom scores, the difference was statistically signif.-icant (P<0.05); compare two TCM symptom scores with in each group, were statistical-ly significant (P<0.05). Dizziness between the two groups, the first comparison of th-e number of patients, such as wrap, there are significant differences (P<0.05). TCM ef-ficacy between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), in-dicating the treatment group improved phlegm dampness Hypertension Syndrome over-all efficacy was significantly better than the control group, and in reducing dizziness,h ead, such as wrap the number of cases was superior in patients with western medicin-e.Conclusion:1.Qingzhi granules combined antihypertensive effects brtter than western me-dicine g-roup, but the difference in terms of all the antihypertensive effect is not significant.2.Qingzhi granules combined medicine group, western medicine group can reduce T C, and combined with western group CLT particles drop TC better thanwestern medici ne group, in addition to the joint CLT particles western group can reduce TG, LDL-C,but they had no.effect onare on the HDL-C3.Qingzhi granules combined medicine group, western medicine group roughly the s-ame magnitude lower BMI, and CLT particles combined with western group also decr eased serum leptin concentrations, but they had no effect on IMT.4.Qingzhi granulescombined with Western and TCM syndrome group improved signi-ficantly better than western medicine and western medicine group CLT particles reduc-e joint dizziness, head wrap, such as the number of patients was significantly better t-han western medicine group.
