The Oretical And Clinical Exploration On The Thesis Of Dlagnosis And Treatment On Isolated Diastolic Hypertension(IDH)Basing On Dampness-Heat

Objective:This paper will carry on theoretical exploration and clinical research on the thesis of diagnosis and treatment on isolated diastolic-hypertension (IDH) basing on dampness-heat And then prove the effect of damp-heat constitution and pathogeny of damp-heat in the development of IDH;prove the feasibility of diagnosis and treatment IDH basing on dampness-heat; And initially built TCM theory of diagnosis and treatment IDH basing on dampness-heat.Methods:This dissertation falls into three parts:In the first part,with the method of literature review, carry on the Modern medical literature and Traditional Chinese medicine literature related to IDH.In the second part,on thebasis of literature research,take up theoretical discussion on these aspects:The relationship between unhealthy lifestyle and damp-heat constitution; epidemiology and pathogenesis of IDH with damp-heat constitution; theory, method, formula and herb on diagnosis and treatment IDH basing on dampness-heat.In the third part, using the method of questionnaire survey to carry out epidemiological investigations related to IDH with damp-heat constitution;with the method of case review analysis to study clinical effects of diagnosis and treatment IDH basing on dampness-heat; besides,enumerate five cases of my PhD supervisor and explore them.Conclusion:Literature study shows that:1.IDH mostly strike middle-aged and young, men; who are closely related to poor eating habits, smoking, drinking, lack of exercise and has the trend of development for critical cardiovascular diseases and high rate with metabolic syndrome (MS)concurrent,and have great potential harm.2. Under the background of the modern lifestyle,human constitutions appear the characteristic of damp-heat in the interior, damp-heat constitu-tion is the typical representative.Phlegm-damp,blood stasis,heat have become the new pathogenic characeristics and syndrome factors of hypertension in modern society.3.In this paper, the epidemiological survey suggests that damp-heat constitution(damp heat constitution tendency included) possesses very high proportion in the patients of IDH;the age and gender distribution characteristics are young and middle-aged, men; whch are high-risk of IDH; like eating fatty food and hobby of drinking and smoking are the modern lifestyle related to IDH with damp-heat constitution.The clinical study in this paper shows that relatively generic prescription basing on dampness-heat to diagnose and treat has high efficient treatment of IDH and prior period of IDH.Besides it dose not significantly lower systolic blood pressure,which shows a satisfactory clinical efficacy as a whole,and opens up a new path on the treatment of IDH. And all above prove the feasibility of diagnosis and treatment IDH basing on dampness-heat.
