The Clinical Research Of Shenlingbaizhu Powder In The Treatnient Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary,Disease Patiens In Plateau Period With Lung Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:esearch clinical efficacy of ShenLingBaiZhu Powder recipe for the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with lung spleen deficiency syndrome,and to explore the effect of ShenLingBaiZhu Powder on nutritional.and respiratory muscle endurance in patients.Methods:This study choose the inclusion criteria of chronic obstructive pulmonary dise ase stability of 60 patients with lung spleen deficiency syndrome,using randomized con trolled methods,divided into the control group 30 cases,treatment group 30 cases.On th e basis of the treatment with the tiotropium bromide powder inhalation,ShenLingBaiZh u Powder recipe was taken for traditional Chinese medicine group;the control groups were thiophene tiotropium powder for inhalation, after treatment,comparison the changes of CAT score,pulmonary function (FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%),nutritional index(ALB,BMI) a nd movement endurance index (MVV,6MWD) before and after treatment.Results:1. The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine:Treatment group total ef fectiveness 93.10%,the comparison group total effectiveness 67.86%, treatment group tot al efficacy rate higher than that of the control group, the comparison group effect, there is significant difference (P>0.05).2. Syndrome total score and individual symptoms:comparison of two groups of syn drome total score group, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Compare the differen cebetween before and after treatment group and there was statistical difference (P<0.05).T he two groups in cough, sputum, wheezing, shortness of breath and improvement, the com parison group had no significant difference (P>0.05); in the lassitude, eating, easy cold im provement, there were significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).3. FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%:There was no significant difference in lung function bet ween the two groups before and after treatment.4. ALB、BMI:The treatment group, ALB、BMI group comparison, there were signifi cant differences(P<0.05). The control group was treated with ALB and BMI no differe nee in Statistics (P<0.05). After treatment of ALB between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), but no significant differences between the two groups of BMI(P>0.0 5).5. MVV、6MWD:The chase volume MVV of treatment group is higher than bef ore treatment; The control group after treatment MVV has no obvious improvement. b etween the two groups and the difference of MVV are not significant after treatment (P>0.05).The results showed that the treatment group can improve the patient’s most c hase volume,but the improvement is not obvious.6 minutes walking distance was incre ased after treatment in the two groups.Treatment group on the enhanced patient move ment endurance is better than that of control group (P<0.05).6. CAT:The CAT questionnaire:comparison of two groups of CAT total group, ther e were significant differences between before and after treatment(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:ShenLingBaiZhu Powder recipe for the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with lung spleen deficiency syndrome could significantly improve t he patient’s clinical symptoms and quality of life,and can delay further decline in lung function,increase nutrition,strengthen sports endurance.
