Objective:Through the clinical observation of acupuncture on mild cognitive imp airment after stroke (MCI) before and after treatment and treatment in patients with se rum interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) the changes, enable us to further understand the mechanisms of acupuncture for treatment of MCI may the m ethod, while providing more effective treatment of the disease for patientsMethods:1.60 patients met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into exp erimental group 30 cases, control group 30 cases.2.the control group conventional tre atment + nimodipineintervention, the experimental group received routine therapy plus acupuncture intervention, treatment for 28 days. 3.of two groups were observed before and after treatment of Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE), the Montreal cogniti ve assessment (MoCA) (Beijing version), activity of daily living scale (ADL), the scor es of TCM syndrome and the changes of serum IL-6, TNF-α level changes. Results: 1.before treatment, serum IL-6, TNF-α two groups of patients, neuropsyc hological scale (MoCA, MMSE, ADL) score, TCM syndrome integral, age, education degree between the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05), were compar able. 2.clinical observation on variable correlation analysis found:MMSE, MoCA scale and ADL scale score, TCM syndrome integral were negatively correlated (P<0.01), A DL scale score and the TCM syndromes showed a positive correlation (P<0.01); the s erum IL-6, TNF-α concentration and MMSE, MoCA scale score was a negative correl ation (P<0.01), and the ADL subscale score, TCM syndrome integral positive (P<0.01). Were observed two groups of patients was. 3.after treatment: neuropsychological scale score:MMSE, MoCA scale score increased, ADL scale score decreased; blood serum IL-6, TNF- concentration decreased; TCM syndrome integral reduction; where in the serum IL-6, TNF-α concentration, MMSE and MoCA scale score, TCM syndrome inte gral the differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.01).4. Comparis on of the clinical effects of within group: two groups of patients before and after trea tment group neuropsychological scale (MMSE, MoCA, ADL) score, TCM syndrome in tegral, obviously changes of serum IL-6, TNF-a concentration, with signficant differen ce (P<0.01), i.e., treatment of the two groups were led to MMSE, an elevated MoCA score and IL-6, TNF-α concentration, ADL score, TCM syndrome integral lowering, suggests that the two "treatment" were effective. 5.experimental groups of TCM synd rome curative effect of the total efficiency of 93.33%, the efficacy of traditional Chin ese medicine syndromes in control group the total effective rate was 63.33%, there wa s significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).6. The clinical efficacy of the e xperimental group total effective rate was 93.33%, control group total effective rate 60 %, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.01)Conclusion: 1 acupuncture can improve patients cognitive function to some extent, was worth the clinical promotion and application; closely related to;2.MCI with the s everity of inflammation, inflammatory reaction more intense, cognitive disorder in patie nts with more serious; 3. The more serious cognitive impairment, serum IL-6, TNF-a concentration was higher.
