User-center Public Service Design Of Entry-exit Physical Test

The transformation of China’s industrial pattern from a manufacturing economy to a service economy has been paid attention to not only the commercial service but also the public service. To improve the level of public services, The Chinese government is committed to building a "service government". In this way, the use of public service design can refreshed public service and meet the future needs of public service with better economic and social benefit. Personal entry-exit quarantine, as an important part of the and basic public services, the current level of development is still not good enough to meet the growing international mobility and still has much potential for improvement.From the perspective of service design, the article focus on the entry-exit examination services. It uses the UCD method and service design method and take GuangdongInternationalTravelHealthCareCenter as an example, studying the use of service design in the area of basic public design. First, to discuss the necessity of the development of entry-exit services, the atrial analyses the developing background of entry-exit examination services in the angle of the industrial pattern, the transformation of the government and the international mobility. Second, comparing the between the domestic service and the international ones in order to indicate still has potential to improve. Third, discuss the related theory of basic public service design and point out the feature of it. Therefore, it can provide method to the later research, then begin conducting user research in the way of UCD. After the analysis of the task flow, finally, Putting forward the design scheme according to the user research.Unlike the administration and related disciplines, it takes the management efficiency of public service design into account as the primary principle. The working procedure of the governmentis that first setting policy, the second creating service process, finally rethinking how to design the customer experience.However, the user-center design principle, starting with the user’s point and based on it to construct the significant user experience of service system, is different from just taking the operational efficiency into account. As for the public services researching materials, it is not too much to exploreespecially from the service design perspective.This paper will use User-centered design methods and service design theoryof the public service design practice about entry and exit physical examination to explore the significance of Service design theory on innovation in public service.
