Ginseng,Poria And Bighead Atractylodes Powder On Intestinal Function Recovery In Patients Which To Do Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Type Laparoscopic Total Gastrectomy In Gastric Cancer

Objective:Through the observation of patients, which to do spleen deficiency and dampness type laparoscopic total gastrectomy in gastric cancer, with first exhaust, recovery time of bowel sound, defecation time, evaluation Ginseng, Poria and Bighead Atractylodes powder powder combined with Mosapride treatment on intestinal function recovery of intestinal function, To guide the clinical medication for promote intestinal function after gastric cancer operation.Methods:Inpatients were selected from the tumor surgery inpatients from 2013 March to 2014 March, a total of 95 cases. According to the order of admission and in time, using the single blind randomization number, divided into three groups. Respectively:group A: Ginseng, Poria and Bighead Atractylodes powder combined with Mosapride group,35 cases; group B:Mosapride group,30 cases; group C:blank group,30 cases; group. The three groups were sex, age, pathological staging, operation time for statistical processing. The three groups were observed after defecation time, bowel sounds recovery, postoperative exhaust time for the first, have a look have no statistical significance. All data using SPSS16.0 for Windows software package was used for statistical analysis.Results:1. Three cases of age by group t test, gender were analyzed by χ2 test, operation time and pathological staging by Ridit test, there were no significant difference (P>0.05), with comparable.2. Clinical efficacy, more significant and ideals.2.The results show, the patients group after surgery of Ginseng, Poria and Bighead Atractylodes powder combined mosapride, their first time anal exhaust, bowel sounds appeared first recovery time, time to first bowel movement,was earlier or shorter than simply mosapride the treated group.Efficacy of Ginseng, Poria and Bighead Atractylodes powder combined mosapride group was significantly better than mosapride group and the control group.3. Ginseng, Poria and Bighead Atractylodes powder combined mosapride on the clinical treatment, on spleen dampness type of laparoscopic gastric radical total gastrectomy in patients with bowel function recovery,has no significant side effects and adverse reactions.
