Objective Investigate the Ningxia two hospital out-patient adverse drug reaction(adverse drug reaction, ADR) were reported, the hospital out-patient part application ofantimicrobial prescribing, analyze the correlation of ADR with antibacterial drugs and findout the adverse drug reaction reporting and existent problems and reasons in clinical druguse, providing a more feasible means and use method for clinical. Methods (1) All adverse drug reaction reports reported from January to December in2012were collected in the two hospitals in Ningxia Province. The reporting of adverse drugreaction were statistical analyses. Find out the drug of cause ADR most of all, statisticsingthe variety and quantity of antibacterial drug cause adverse reaction, the route ofadministration occurred with higher frequency and the frequency of antibacterial drug’sadverse reaction cause organ damage.(2) By using the method of random sampling to surveythe hospital’s outpatient prescriptions, from January to December in2012. Statisticsing thesource side combined with antibiotics, administration route, frequency, frequency of use andthe Department of medication, analyzing the correlation of phenomenon of un-reasonabledrug use, the cause and antimicrobial drug with adverse drug reaction. This topic’s frequencystatistics through Microsoft office Excel2007Software unified data entry. Results (1) In2012January-2012December reported adverse drug reaction, thereare309cases of Antibacterial caused a number of case reports of adverse drug reactions, accounting for71.2%in total adverse drug reaction reporting. In the route of administration,ADR induced by injection were259cases, accounting for59.7%of the total number ofantibacterial drugs induced ADR; Cephalosporin’s caused by ADR in107cases, accounting for34.6%in total number of antibacterial drug induced ADR reports;298reported cases ofpharmacy, clinical doctors in136cases, and a total of434cases; the damaged organ anddisplay of antibiotic drug induced the ADR is the main harmful reaction of digestive organs, skin tissue damage, nerve toxicity reaction, damage, respiratory organs.(2) The main factorsaffecting the antimicrobial drug-induced ADR is a history of allergies, use of antibioticsspecies and route of administration.(3) Outpatient prescriptions from a total of43579, thetotal amount is3172551.2yuan; mean square for the amount of72.8yuan; the prescriptionsof containing antibiotic is15819, accounting for36.3%of total prescriptions, the amount ofantibiotics was used is989835yuan, accounting for31.2%of the amount of all drug;combined application of antibiotics prescription is8353, accounting for52.8%of the totalnumber of antibacterial prescriptions; in the route of administration, the drug prescription byinjecting is4112, accounting for26%of the total antibiotic prescription; in the frequency ofapplication, the top three are: cephalosporin antibiotics, quinolones, penicillins. Drugsantibiotics application number ranking among the top three: cefotaxime, mezlocillin, cefuroxime. The clinical departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology, in the department ofrespiration, department of gynaecology and obstetrics, infection, antimicrobial applicationrate is higher department; unreasonable application of antibiotic prescription in all1142, theproportion of7.22%.Conclusion (1) The department of pharmacy is the most in the reporting ADR, thenumber of cases about the adverse reactions reduced by antimicrobial drug is the greatest, cephalosporin accounted for the largest proportion; in the route of administration, the ADRcaused by injection led to the first.(2)The main factors affecting the antimicrobialdrug-induced ADR is a history of allergies, use of antibiotics species and route ofadministration.(3) Application of the amount of the hospital outpatient prescription ofantibiotics is slightly higher, the application rate of antibacterial drugs and injection rategenerally does not exceed the set standard; the phenomenon exists about unreasonably use drug. The more reasonable the use of antibacterial drugs, the less harm caused by the adversedrug reaction, even the adverse drug reaction could be avoided.
