Objective Through200cases of pediatric solid tumor with clinical retrospectiveanalysis and risk factors, exploring the transformation of their clinical characteristicsand for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention of pediatric solid tumor withprovide some reference.Methods The clinical data of200cases with pediatric solid tumor from GeneralHospital of Ningxia Medical University which was enrolled from January,2003toDecember,2012in this study. Divided into groups according to age: group of infants(0-1years old), toddlers group (more than1year, less than3years old), preschool groups(more than3years old, less than7years old), school-age group (more than seven yearsold, less than14years old).We analyzed retrospectively clinical characteristics of allpatients with test, to get the related disease features.Results Analysis of200cases of pediatric solid tumor from January,2003toDecember,2012between the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,117caseswere male, female83cases, male to female ratio of1.41:1, in which106cases of benignsolid tumors (53.00%),94cases of malignant solid tumors (47.00%), Malignant solidtumors accounted for the top four respectively Wilms tumor28cases (29.79%),malignant lymphoma,22cases (23.40%), germ cell tumors,11cases (11.70%), softtissue sarcoma9cases (9.57%); Benign solid tumor is a major component in the pediatric solid tumor;Malignant solid tumors preschool group the highest incidence ofinfant morbidity lowest group; The overall incidence of childhood cancer cases showingmen than women, but the results of this study show that malignant tumors in children,children’s gender was no significant difference;Malignant solid tumors child has certainlaws in age, sex distribution, tissue types,and other aspects.Conclusion Malignant solid tumors of children in preschool group the highestincidence, followed by preschool groups, child care group, the last group of infants.Malignant solid tumors in children embryo-derived tumor incidence; Children firstsymptom of solid tumors is mainly found in the local mass, mass.
