Object: Malignant tumor plays a crucial role in child disease and it's become a major dead factor for its pathological and physiological speciality. The common therapies for child tumor are operation and chemotherapy. The result of chemotherapy is not only depended on the tumor's property but also the tumor's sensitivity to chemotherapeutic agents. The multidrug resistance of tumor makes it difficult to be killed by routine dose chemotherapeutic agents and leads to the failure of chemotherapy. Therefore , it is important to explore how to rise the chemotherapeutic efficacy of child tumor. In present study, we explored the drug resistant mechanism of common child tumor and provided the theory bases for the program choice of chemotherapy and the judgment of long term living.
