Value Of Ultrasonography Eombine With CA125in The Differential Diagnosis Of Pimary Ovarian Cancer

Objeetiv To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound combined tumor marker CA125in primary ovarian cancer.Method January2010to December2012in Tangshan City, MCH treatment, femalepatients clinically suspected of having ovarian mass of245cases as the research object.Tumor before surgery were given two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasoundand three-dimensional ultrasound examination, recording two-dimensional ultrasoundtumor structure, color Doppler flow mapping, three-dimensional ultrasound Dopplerspectrum and hemodynamic parameters. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of thetumor, the above results were statistically analyzed.Results After245cases of tumor pathological diagnosis of benign tumors diagnosed in160cases,85cases of malignant tumors, benign and malignant tumors in the form oftwo-dimensional ultrasound, capsule, internal structure and solid echo images of differentultrasound examination of the ovaries check the primary tumor sensitivity of89.41%, aspecificity of85%, an accuracy of86.53%, a positive predictive value of76%, negativepredictive value of93.79%, positive likelihood ratio5.96negative likelihood ratio0.12,kappa value=0.72; tumor marker CA125examination of primary ovarian tumorsensitivity of88.24%, a specificity of73.75%, an accuracy of78.78%, a positivepredictive value of64.10%,92.19%and negative predictive value, positive likelihoodratio3.36, negative likelihood ratio0.16, kappa value=0.59; ultrasound combined withtumor marker CA125its primary ovarian tumor sensitivity of95.29%inspection, thespecificity was84.38%, an accuracy of88.16%,76.42%positive predictive value,negative predictive value of97.12%, positive likelihood ratio6.10, negative likelihoodratio0.06. kappa=0.77.Conelusion A simple ultrasound or tumor markers CA125in the diagnosis of primarymalignant ovarian tumor has a certain diagnostic value, but the sensitivity is relativelylow, the combination of the two test can greatly increase the diagnostic sensitivity andconsistency, improving the effect of the clinical diagnosis.
