The corruption in the medical field，as a major obstacle in the world of publichealth，which has serious damage to the detriment of public authority and prestige，has a broad impact on society.In China, the prevention and treatment of thephenomenon of corruption in the medical field is an important part of publicadministration; the research in the social reasons and management methods of theprevention of the corruption in medical field is the key to solving the problem.Thecauses of the corruption in various medical fields which is profound and complex andhave diverse manifestations, have serious damage to the vital interests of people and astrong social harm. The important research content of this thesis is how tosystematically solve the ideas and the practical measures and methods of the problemof corruption in the medical field.Firstly, on the basis of the actual situation of the health care system in china andthe basic stages of social development,this thesis has refined the corruption in themedical field in China into three parts,which are the corruption in the medicinepurchases and sales field,the corruption in the supervision and management of themedical industry and the corruption in the process of the medical treatment of patients.Then, through the empirical research methods and interviewing deeply with a numberof pharmaceutical representatives to understand the operating rules and industryproblems of pharmaceutical products,this thesis has attempted to analyzed thecauses of corruption in the medical field more systematic and objective from fourparts,which are health care system, health care industry, government supervision andmanagement, and social trends.Secondly, on the basis of literature review and empirical analysis, thesis hasfound the real causes and expression of the corruption in the medical field,bycomparing this with the United States, Britain, Germany and other countries in theexperience of health care system running and the punishment of corruption,the thesishas provide management ideas and specific methods can learn from To further raisethe prevention and resolution of the problem of corruption in the medical field toprovide management ideas and specific methods can learn from for further raise theprevention and resolution of the problem of corruption in the medical field.Finally, based on the above analysis, this thesis believes that the phenomenon ofcorruption prevention in the medical field is a long historical process,if we choose an effective ideas and methods of governance in the medical field can accelerate thespeed and intensity of corruption.Therefore, this thesis presents systemrecommendations for the prevention of corruption in the medical field in terms ofsocial, cultural, medical ethics, institutional, system and supervision mechanism,management methods and so on.This recommendations have included to strongmedical ethics education,to reform the existing health care system,to vigorouslypromote the information transparency of the health care industry,to strengthen thesupervision and management to punish, and to strengthen social habits and otheraspects leading to gradually solve the problem of corruption in the medical field.
