Objctive There is or no difference in Hcy levels、blood pressure classification、strokefor patients with hyperhomocysteinima-related hypertention of different genotype.Observe the effect after Folic acid supplementation was given at the same time ofantihypertensive drug treatment of Hcy levels.Methods417patients with hyperhomocysteinima-related hypertention, includinginpatients and outpatients mainly, given antihypertensive drug treatment with folic acidsupplementation,0.8mg/d. All patients’s plasma hcy level、MTHFR677C/T genotype, collect illness history, blood pressure level, biochemical indicators, etc. After3months,recording the levels of Hcy. Analyse and statistics by SPSS software.Results1417were theated by MTHFR677C/T genotype. CC type were76case(18.2%)、CT type176cases(42.2%)、TT type165cases (39.6%).2Comparing Hcylevel before treatment for patients with hyperhomocysteinima-related hypertention: maleswere obviously higher than females, statistically significant difference was obvious(P <0.05).Group TT is significantly higher than CC and CT, statistically significant differencewas obvious(P <0.05). And there was no statistically significant difference between CCand CT (P>0.05).3Comparing Hcy level pretherapy and post-treatment for patientswith hyperhomocysteinima-related hypertention:After Folic acid treatment in patients, the Hcy level were both reduced, the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05).4Comparing Hcy difference of pretherapy and post-treatment for patients withhyperhomocysteinima-related hypertention:males were higher than females, statisticallysignificant difference was obvious(P <0.05).Group TT is significantly higher than CC orCT, it had statistically significant difference (P <0.05).5Comparing Folic acid levelsbefore treatment for patients with hyperhomocysteinima-related hypertention:there wereno difference between males and females (P>0.05).And there were no difference amongthe three groups(P>0.05).6Comparing blood pressure classification for patients withhyperhomocysteinima-related hypertention:there were no difference among the threegroups(P>0.05).7Comparing stroke for patients with hyperhomocysteinima-relatedhypertention:there were no difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The way of folic acid can reach better efficacy to reduce Hcy level for patients with hyperhomocysteinima-related hypertention, there were obvious differencesbetween genotype and clinical effect. And there were no differences in Folic acid levels、blood pressure classification、stroke for patients with hyperhomocysteinima-relatedhypertention of different genotype.
