The Survey Research On The Heath And Its Influential Factors In The Elderly

Objectives The purpose of this thesis is to understand the actuality and to analyze theinfluencing factors of the Health of the elderly。Methods6173elderly people of three cities in Hebei province were selected by multi-stagestratified cluster sampling method during July2012to May2013, investigations were carriedwith questionnaires, including general demographic characteristics questionnaire of elderlypeople(include age, gender, marital status, educational level, income, chronic disease,lifestyle, family, et al), AHSMSRS, SF-36, SSRS, FAD and ADL. All data wereestablishedwithEXCELandusedSPSS13.0statisticalsoftwareforstatisticalanalysis.Results1Health Status of the elderly: The scores of Health of the elderly, PF(72.07±25.32),BP(69.62±23.14), GH(56.16±19.77), VT(64.54±20.03), SF(70.57±22.56), RE(69.99±40.65), MH(66.10±19.65), RP(58.46±43.72), Total of Health (690.5±156.05);2Comparing the Health Status of the elderly between in urban and rural area: Thescores of Health Status in urban elderly were higher than the rural elderly, Including PF,RP, BP, GH, SF, RE, Total of Health(P<0.05); The scores of health in urban elderly werelower than the rural elderly, including VT and MH(P>0.05).3Single factor analysis of Health Status of the elderly: The Scores of Health in age,gender, marital status, educational level, health care, economic status, chronic diseases,life satisfaction, ADL, AHSMSRS, exercise, hobby, PSQI, FAD, whether communicatewith children or not, how many children, SSRS (P<0.05);4Multiple factors analysis of Health Status of elderly: The main influencing factorsarranged from high to low of Total of Health were: ADL, PSQI, exercise, life satisfaction,economic status, urban and rural, chronic diseases, age, how many children.Conclusions1The scores of Health of the elderly in PF, SF, RE, BP, MH and VT fields was inmedium level, and scores in field of RP and GH was in low level; The Health in urbanelderly was obviously better than the rural elderly.2Multiple factors analysis showed that the main influencing factors of total score ofSF-36were: ADL, PSQI, exercise, life satisfaction, economic status, urban and rural,chronic diseases, age, how many children.
