Clinical Characteristics Analysis Between Uighurs And Han Nationality Adult Patients Of Bronchiectasis

Objective:To investigate is there any difference between uighurs and Han Chinese adult patients with bronchiectasis in clinical characteristics. Methods:A total of113cases of uighurs patients and104cases of han Chinese adult patients with bronchiectasis which Were diagnosed by CT examination or pathologic biopsy at xinjiang uygur autonomous region people’s hospital from August2008to August2013were enrolled, and basis on its nation divided them into Uighur group and Han group, respectively compare the first onset age, etiology, risk factors and complications, clinical manifestation, diseased region and lung function. Results:About the age at first onset, Uighur groups mean age at34.62±15.65years and Han group at46.25±17.31years on average, difference of two groups of age size and distribution is obvious(P<0.05). About the etiology, diffuse panbronchiolitis patients in Han group higher than patients in Uighur group, the difference was statistically significant(.P<0.05). On the aspect of risk factors, Han group smokers higher than in Uighur group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the aspect of complication, combined with bronchial asthma and pulmonary heart disease patient in Uighur group more than who in Han group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);patients combined with hypertension in Han group more than in Uighur group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the aspect of clinical manifestations, patients with cough phlegm in Uighur groups are more than in Han group, the difference was statistically significant(.P<0.05); patients with hemoptysis in Han group are more than in Uighur groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). On the lesion site, no significant difference was found between two groups(P>0.05).About Lung function, two groups are reduced at FEV1、FVC、PEF, all index in Uighur group are lower than the Han nationality group, at above all the indicators, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Differences existed between the Han nationality bronchiectasis and Uighur patients in clinical features.
