Clinical Research Of Xi Hong Kang Treat Diabetic Nephropathy Third Phase With Qi And Yin Vacuity

Objective:This article was to observe the Therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine free decoction(Xi Hong Kang) on diabetic nephropathy (DN) Ⅲpatients (deficiency both qi and yin and blood stasis type) Method:The66patients with DN Ⅲwere randomly chosen and divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.32out of33cases finished in treatment group,where32out of33cases finished in control group.Each group contained32cases. Two groups were both given health education、dietary guidance of DN and Conventional antidiabetic, antihypertensive therapy. On this basis the treatment group combined with traditional Chinese medicine Xi Hong Kang. Both Groups are treated course of60days. before and after treatment were observed in patients with syndromes in Chinese medicine、UAER、U-A1B/CR、FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、BUN、 Scr、TC、TGchanges in statistical analysis.determine the efficacy.Result:In the treatment group the total effective rate was84.38%. In the control group the total effective rate was64.5%, treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); Serum FBG、2hPG、HbAlc were significantly improved in both the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05), and There was significant difference between the two groups after statistical treatment(P<0.05); Serum TC、TG were significantly improved in both the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01), and There was significant difference between the two groups after statistical treatment(P<0.05);Serum BUN、Scr did not change significantly in both the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);Serum UAER、U-ALB/CRreduced significantly in both the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01);the treatment group reduced significantly more compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. the Chinese medicine free decoction(Xi Hong Kang)can improve the clinical symptoms of DNIII patients with deficiency both qi and yin and blood stasis type significantly;2. the Chinese medicine free decoction(Xi Hong Kang) can improve glucose and lipid metabolism;3the Chinese medicine free decoction(Xi Hong Kang) can reduce UAER、U-ALB/CRof DN Ⅲpatients significantly.
