Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy With Tangshen Recipe

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical curative effect of Tangshen An compound treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of diabetic nephropathy in phase III, to discuss the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy efficacy and safety.Material and method: Select 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients in our department,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group,in the conventional hypoglycemic basis,the experimental group was given Tang Shen An compound 125 ml,2 times a day oral treatment,the control group was given to Benner Pury 10 mg,1 times a day oral treatment,treatment for 8 weeks,Observe the effect of TCM syndromes, UAER and the safety of the two groups.Results: Clinical results of Tang Shen An compound for the treatment of III stage of diabetic nephropathy 1.After treatment the curative effect of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the experimental group better effect. 2.Comparison of two groups of syndrome integral after treatment,they are significantly different(P<0.05);description of Tang Shen An compound can obviously improve the patients of clinical symptoms,curative effect is better than the control group. 3.Comparison of two groups of urine UAER after treatment, they are significantly different(P<0.05);description of Tang Shen An compound can significantly reduce the urinary UAER,curative effect is better than the control group.4.Comparison of two groups of lipid after treatment,they are significantly different(P<0.05);description of Tang Shen An compound can reduce blood lipid,curative effect is better than the control group.Conclusions: 1.“Tang Shen An compound”can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy patients with stage III. 2.“Tang Shen An compound”can reduce the discharge of urine albumin,and has effect on blood lipid level of intervention.3.“Tang Shen An compound”through of experimental observation,can be safely applied to clinical.
