Objective:To investigate the syndromes and symptoms and age’s characteristics and BMD of Uighur and Han women in XingJiang province who havePMOP to a correlation study between they.Methods:to173Uighur and Han patients who got PMOPdiagnosed and treated at Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hostpital from March2012to February2013, the syndrome differentiation is based on the Chinese traditional medicine’s syndrome differentiation standards, The case reveals the Chinese syndromes^symptomand age factor’s distribution law of Uighur and Han women who have got PMOP in XingJiang province.and their relationship with bone mineral density.Results:By the T-test:there was no statistical significance compared with Uighur group and Han group with PMOP in Bone Mineral Density.The change of BMD was negatively with postmenopausal ages.The major symptom’s Characteristics turns out to be the159cases which has waist and knee pain, account for82.22%.Conclusion:PMOP is a kind of complex Lesions which mainly Involving in liver、spleen、kidney and so on, there is no obvious Correlation between syndromes distribution and Bone Mineral Density, but there is definitely some values can be traced in the symptom’s characteristics.kidney deficiency,In the majority of blood stasis, and the BMD decreases with increase ofmenostasis time.
