| Objective:Compared adult han nationality women CT3D reconstruction augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone and experience of the augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone on the postoperative related aesthetic parameters and satisfaction survey, analysis of both pros and cons.Methods:Line60patients voluntarily augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone adult healthy han nationality women randomly divided into A and B groups,each group30people;Row CT3D reconstruction augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone in group A,group B line experience of the augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone, postoperative after6months related data measurement and questionnaire, compared group A preoperative simulation and postoperative after6months data, compared group A and B with the objective and subjective indicators for the nasal root.dorsum and ministry respectively after6months.Results:There is a difference between group A and group B of Operation time(P<0.05);Group A preoperative simulation and postoperative after6months data is no difference(P>0.05);After6months,there is a difference between group A and group B of the nasorostral angle,the nasal facial angle,the asofrontal angle and the height of the nasal root(P<0.05),the nasal length is no difference(P>0.05);There is a difference between group A and group B of the nasal root satisfaction and the nasal dorsum satisfaction(P<0.05),the nose ministry satisfaction is no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:CT3D reconstruction augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone postoperative effect can be achieved better preoperative simulation effect,because of its preoperative prosthesis design purpose and avoid during local swelling effect,its effect is better than that of augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone(especially on the nasal dorsum and the nasal root) and can obviously shorten the operation time. So this method is more suitable for the defects the nasal root and dorsum. |
