Objective:To observe therapeutic efficacy of the wen xin soup for patients with heart failure during different ejection fraction.Methods:Totally60patients with heart failure were randomly assigned to2groups, the observation group A (30cases, decreased ejection fraction≤40%) and the observation group B (30cases, preserved ejection fraction≥50%) according different ejection fraction level. Accumulate points of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, therapeutic efficacy (based on the standard Lee’s failure score method) and clinical classification of cardiac function were applied to observe the clinical effects in two sets treated with wen xin soup following basic westerntherapy.Result:Comparison betweenpre-treatment and post-treatment in group B involved in NYHA (New York Heart Association), traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the standard Lee’s failure score were statistical significance with P<0.05, respectively. Therapeutic efficacy rate was86.67%in group A,83.33%in group B, and insignificance was exist when compared with A and B in term of NYHA. Therapeutic efficacy rate was90.00%in group A,80.00%in group B, and no statistical significance in comparison between A and B according to traditional Chinese medicine syndromes. As for the standard Lee’s failure score, therapeutic efficacy rate was86.67%in group A,80.00%in group B, and comparison between two sets was also statistical insignificance with P>0.05.Conclusion:Therapeutic efficacy of the wen xin soup for patients with heart failure during different ejection fraction was statistical insignificance.
