The Clinical Analysis Surgical Drainage Infection Period Of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:Different surgical methods of surgical treatment of severe acute infection results and prognosis, to improve the surgical treatment of SAP.Methods:Surgery treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(Severe actue pacnreatitis SAP) infection patients with a total of110cases in our hospital from Jan.2006to2013Aug. were retrospectively analyzed, grouped two surgical debridement and drainage plan and drainage of infected necrosis, analysis of blood loss, transfusion, postoperative ICU treatment, postoperative peritoneal lavage, postoperative complications, reoperation, surgical times, postoperative mortality, abdominal bleeding, multiple organ failure, the average length of stay, total treatment aspects of the statistical analysis.Results:Debridement drainage group73cases, phased drainage group37cases, two groups before the surgery and other general statistical difference (P>0.05), comparably. However, postoperative ICU phased drainage treatment time, reoperation rates have to rise according to statistics, the difference (P <0.05) was statistically significant, but the drainage group stages in blood loss, postoperative complication rate, the incidence of postoperative gastrointestinal fistula, abdominal bleeding rate, incidence of multiple organ failure, total treatment time, reduce the cost of hospital treatment difference (P<0.05) were statistically significant. Conclusion:Surgical schemes, may bring different therapeutic effects:severe infections in patients with acute pancreatitis surgery, there may be fewer stages drainage than debridement and drainage of blood loss, and postoperative complications occurred in may be less likely to have an impact on the outcome of patients.
