| Objective:Study of asthma same disease for different syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine based on nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) Plasma metabonomics. Methods:Plasma samples from the Kidney deficiency and Phlegm-Stasis syndrome asthma patients,other syndrome plasma patients and healthy people are detected and described with1H-NMR based metabonomics,the data is analyzed by Orthogonal Partial Least-Squares Discriminant Analysis (OPLS-DA),determine the influential biomarkers by Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and2D NMR.Results:There is a significant difference found in the metabolic phenotypes of the Kidney deficiency and Phlegm-Stasis syndrome asthma patients and other syndrome plasma patients and healthy people and obvious classification showed in the score scattering plot of OPLS-DA model. Compare Kidney deficiency and Phlegm-Stasis syndrome asthma patients with healthy people, the plasma content of Leucine, leucine,valine,lactic acid,alanine,glycoprotein, glutamine,carnitine,tyrosine,creatine,histidine,shark inositol,glycine,glucose,threonine, in-ositol and1-methy-histidine in asthma patients plasma is lower than healthy people (P<0.05). Kidney deficiency and Phlegm-Stasis syndrome asthma patients urine contents Tyrosine, hippuric acid, histidine, beta hydroxy butyric acid lower than healthy people, Glutamic acid, dimethylamine, glucose, lactic acid, threonine, acetone, alanine, glycine, shark inositol, isoleucine higher than healthy people(P<0.05).Compare Kidney deficiency and Phlegm-Stasis syndrome asthma patients with other syndrome plasma patients, the content of1-methyl-histidine glucose, alpha, β-glucose, phenylalanine, alanine, acetone, pyruvic acid, glutamine,creatine,citric acid,carnitine, shark inositol, histidine in Kidney deficiency and Phlegm-Stasis syndrome asthma patients higher than other syndrome asthma,leucine,creatinine,phenylalanine, tyrosine, lactic acid content in asthma patients plasma lower than other syndrome plasma(P<0.05). Kidney deficiency and Phlegm-Stasis syndrome asthma patients urine contents:beta hydroxy butyric acid, choline, hippuric acid, tryptophan, isoleucine, histidine content reduce, phenylalanine, alanine, glycine, glucose, lactic acid, inositol higher than other syndrome asthma patients. Conclusion:Signification difference were seen in the metabolic phenoty-pes of Kidney deficiency and Phlegm-Stasis syndrome asthma patients, other syndrome plasma patients and healthy people. |
