Objective to study the CT and the value of bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis. Methods The comparative analysis of51patients with confirmed bronchial tuberculosis CT and bronchoscope under performance and related pathology results. Results CT examination showed bronchial lumen irregular narrow35cases (4cases of CT in the diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis), lung door, mediastinal lymph node enlargement,17cases (2cases of CT in the diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis),20patients with obstructive pneumonia (1case of CT in the diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis). CT in the diagnosis of bronchial lining only7cases of TB, the misdiagnosis rate was86.27%. Under the bronchoscope performance:hyperemia edema,4cases (7.84%), erosive necrosis type15cases (29.42%) granulation nodule type22cases (43.14%),10cases (19.61%), biopsy pathologic scar type35(68.63%) were positive for example, a brush positie41cases (80.39%). Bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis positive rate is higher than CT,(x1=22.28, P<0.05) difference was statistically significant. Conclusion CT examination to provide important basis for the diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis, help to understand the position, shape, size of lesions and degree, but the misdiagnosis rate is high. Bronchoscopy can be intuitive understanding of bronchial mucosal change, improve diagnosed by biopsy, brush positive rate, diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis is the fastest and most accurate method.
