Objective:To study exttract Optimization of Melon seed oil and its Component. Method:1. Melon seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2extraction technology, based on the single factor experiment, orthogonal experimental design was employ ed to optimize process parameters.and Fatty acid compositions of seed oil were ide ntified by GC-MS.2.This study to compare about different varieties of the melon with supercritical CO2extraction technology.3.Based on the preliminary experiment of Chemical components,we used70%Ethanol by the Refluxing extraction for thre e times to Identify the Melon component in the Dichloromethane section.Result:1.T he results showed that the optimal operation conditions were pressure of30MPa, te mperature of45℃, extraction time of5hours, Under these conditions, the maximu m extraction rate was29.34%.2. Melon seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2extraction contained12fatty acids, and the fatty acids were composed of83.36%unsaturated fatty acids and16.6%saturated fatty acids. Furthermore, linoleic aci-d (64.29%), oleic acid (16.64%) and palmitic acid (10.87%), stearic acid (5.57%) wer e the main fatty acids in Melon seed oil. In addition,2monounsaturated fatty acid s and4Polyunsaturated fatty acids were found in Cucumis Melo.L.3. Through the Column chromatography on silica gel,we have identified three components:β-sitoste rol,stigamasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside, and Sucrose.Conclustion:The process is feasibl e and reasonable.by this study we can Provide the evidence about melon in the usi ng of the Medicinal prescription. In additon, the saperating of compounds will be bas is for the further studies of (Cucumis Melo L.).
