The Research Of P53, COX-2, Survivin, Bcl-xl In Mycosis Fungoides’ Expression

Objective:To investigate the expression of p53,COX-2,Survivin and Bcl-xl in m ycosis fungoides(MF),eczema and normal skin,and the significance in Pathological d iagnosis.Methods:The expression of p53,COX-2,Survivin and Bcl-xl was measured by immunohistochemical technique in specimens obtained from lesional skin of30cases of MF,20cases of eczema,and in the skin of15healthy controls.Results:1.T here’s significant differences in the expression of p53in MF,eczema and normal sk in(epidermis:eczema χ2=11.712,P=0.001,normal skin:χ2=7.153,P=0.007,dermis:eczem a:χ2=5.426,P=0.02,normal skin:χ2=3.906,P=0.048).2.There’s significant differences i n the expression of COX-2in MF,eczema and normal skin(epidermis:eczema χ2=17.172,P=0.000,normal skin χ2=13.661,P=0.000,dermis:eczema χ2=11.712,P=0.001,norma1skin χ2=7.153,P=0.007).3.There’s significant differences in the expression of Survi vin in Mycosis fungoides,eczema and normal skin.(epidermis:eczema χ2=7.065,P=0.008,normal skin χ2=16.442,P=0.000,dermis:eczema χ2=6.380,P=0.012,normal skin χ211.250,P=0.001).4.There’s significant differences in the expression of Bcl-xl in Myc osis fungoides,eczema and normal skin.(epidermis:eczema χ2=13.675,P=0.000,normal skin χ2=21.522,P=0.000,dermis:eczema χ2=11.092,P=0.001,normal skin χ2=13.661,P=0.000).5.The expression of p53,COX-2,Survivin and Bcl-xl in each period of MF,t here were significant differences between any two groups in epidermis and dermis (P>0.05).Conclusions:There are significant differences in the expression of p53,CO X-2,Survivin and Bcl-xl in the lesional skin of MF,eczema and Normal skin,and th ey can be detected in each period in MF,It reveals that they play important role in the pathogenesis of MF,so we think the two makers are significative for the diagn osis of early MF.
