Analysis Of The Related Factors Associatied With Endometriosis

Objective:To investigate the general epidemiological characteristics and related factors of women with endometriosis.Methods:A case control study was carried out.The case group selected between December2011and September2013surgical pathology confirmed for146cases of patients with endometriosis(including1case with vagina atresia of adolescent endometriosis).The control group were206cases of nomal women who examinated in the outpatient in the same period.First,the group of146cases patients data are analyzed separately;Again excepting for the case in group1special case information,on two groups of age at menarche,menstrual quantity,menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual cramps,reproductie history,history of lactation,oviduct through liquid history or history of oviduct imaging,smoking history,controceptives for single factor and multiple factors unconditioned Logistic regression model analysis,screening endometriosis disease related risk factors.Results:The unconditioned single factor Logistic regression analysis results showed that the age at menarche,menstrual cycle,oviduct through liquid or oviduct imaging,cesarean delivery times,controceptives,and the active smoking had no significant effect on endometriosis (P>0.05),the quantity,menstrual period, lactation, pregnancy, infertility, abortion or uterine cavity operation history and EMS have significant correlation(P<0.05);After controlling confounding factors, the multi-factor Logistic regression model analysis,the result shows:the menstrual period long(>6days),dysmenorrhea, three times or more induced abortion history of uterine cavity operation are the risk factors of endometriosis (partial review coefficient beta1.779,2.050,2.007,OR7.981,7.981,7.981),and the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05);And the little quantity(<20ml), production factors are protective factors of endometriosis (partial regression coefficient beta of 1.322,1.776,2.387,1.776,OR0.169,0.092),the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The related factors of endometriosis consist of a period of long (>6days),the little quantity(<20ml),production times,dysmenorrhea, three times or more induced abortion or a history of uterine cavity operation; Risk factors are longer menstrual period(>6days), dysmenorrhea,3times or more induced abortion or a history of uterine cavity operation; Protection factors are the little quantity (<20ml), produce more; So shorten the menstrual period, alleviate dysmenorrhea, do a good job in family planning,reduce the number of uterine cavity operation abortion are expected to reduce or prevent endometriosis.
