Objective:Explore the shoulder, collarbone acromioclavicular joint angle and shape of subacromial impingement syndrome of the relationship betweenMethods:Select ranged in age from20-60years old normal50left right grouping. Using computer X-ray tomography scan+three-dimensional reconstruction supraspinatus outlet acromion and clavicle bit patterns, reconstructed76and76clavicle acromion, and its classification and composition, measure the angle between the acromion and the clavicle. Results:Acromion divided into three types, Ⅰ-type flat type, accounting for42%; Ⅱ type is curved, accounting for50%; Ⅲ type of hook type, accounting for8%. Clavicle is divided into three types:Ⅰ type is curved, accounting for23%; ⅱ type is oblique, accounting for56%; Ⅲ type of flat, accounting for21%. Acromioclavicular average angle of the left17.43°, the right side is15.62°.Conclusion:Row spiral CT scans can thin the acromion and clavicle on morphological analysis of clear, accurate and obvious advantages over X-ray, typing results can accurately reflect the various combinations of different acromion and clavicle, acromion and the clavicle and the different forms of the acromioclavicular joint angle did not differ significantly in the subacromial space clavicle form the composition of subacromial impingement syndrome etiology, diagnosis, treatment meaningful.
