Objective:To measurement the acromion and clavicle form by3D reconstruction of CT scanning,and measurement the musculoskeletal on export area, to understand the different shape of acromion and clavicle,and their influence on musculoskeletal on export area. Methods:Screening the patient without Shoulder joint disease from The second affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university about112person (83male,29female) with the age of20-59years. Lines of shoulder joint CT scans and get3D reconstruction. We obtain157image of acromion and clavicle157.According to the different age and left and right side to group those patient. We make use of computed tomography and three-dimensional reconstruction to rebuild the shape of acromion and clavicle at the supraspinatus exports. Then calculate the musculoskeletal on export area. Results:In the157Bigliani acromion three type, Ⅱ-type flat-type,52%;Ⅲ-type7%. In the157Depalma clavicle three type, Ⅱ-type flat-type,51%;Ⅲ-typel8%.In the combination of the acromion and clavicle:Ⅱ-type clavicle and Ⅱ-type acromion is22%, Ⅰ-type clavicle and Ⅱ-type acromion is25%, Ⅰ-type clavicle and Ⅲ-type acromion is1%.The musculoskeletal on export area of synostosis is4.81cm2.Conclusion:The most combination of acromion and clavicle is type Ⅱ-Ⅱ. According to a=0.05,.P>0.05, there is no significant different between musculoskeletal on export area about the different combination of acromion and clavicle in different ages, gender and sex for the statistical analysis of left and right side of the press. The classify about acromion and clavicle may take part in the subacromial impingement syndrome.
