Objective:To investigate the treatment of hand and foot twelve well points blood bleeding stroke (cerebral infarction) clinical curative effect. Methods:70cases of cerebral infarction, randomly divided into Jing acupoint bloodletting group and acupuncture group with35cases in each group, two patients were treated by routine western medicine, on the basis of well acupoints blood letting group with combined treatment of twelve blood bleeding and ordinary acupuncture, and acupuncture group was treated with common acupuncture treatment group, two patients performed once a week5acupuncture bloodletting treatment, continuous treatment for3weeks as a course of treatment, the treatment cycle is a course of treatment. After treatment, compared two groups of activities of daily living (ADL) score, score of clinical neural function defect assessment (CSS) and clinical efficacy. Results:in stroke clinical neurological deficit scores were compared after treatment, compared with the same group before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05); after treatment, the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Compared two groups of patients with cerebral infarction scores treatment on activities of daily living before and after treatment, two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). But after treatment the difference between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Evaluation of two groups of patients with cerebral infarction clinical curative effect of the acupuncture group, the total efficiency of91.43%; while the pricking blood group total effectiveness is97.14%. The two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05) between the difference of curative effect. Conclusion:To observe the clinical efficacy of twelve well hole bloodletting combined with acupuncture in treatment of stroke.
