| Objective:Through clinical cases of hyperemesis gravidarum and questionnaire survey with PUQE、SAS and SDS,data on the collection of four cases of traditional Chinese medicine to explore the distribution law of TCM syndromes of this disease and its impact on women’s depression,anxiety states,to provide better clinical guidelines for women to improve pregnancy symptoms and in-depth study of the impact of the disease on women’s mental health.Pro vide a better basis for clinical differentiation,treatment and prognosis of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods:Questionnaire survey of 231 women in early pregnancy with general situation questionnaire、TCM syndrome questionnaire、pregnancyunique quantifcation of emesis and nausea、self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale,collecting relevant information of patients,including general situation,vomiting,pregnancy history,etc.According to the patient’s clinical symptoms and four methods of diagnosis of Chinese medicine to make a diagnosis of the patient’s syndrome type to study on the distribution of TCM syndromes in hyperemesis gravidarum.Fill in the PUQE、SAS and SDS self-assessment scales and statistically analyze the results.Results:1、The order of distribution of TCM syndromes of hyperemesis gravidarum is:hepatogastric disharmony>weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome>syndrome of phlegm stagnation>Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome.2、Compared with the average scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),in observation group,the average score was significantly higher.3、There were statistically significant differences in the mean scores of different groups of TCM syndromes with SAS and SDS in the observation group(P<0.05).4、The difference between the severity of vomiting and the average score of SAS and SDS was statistically significant(P<0.05).Concluctions:1、In this study,the number of hepatogastric disharmony is the largest.2、The mental state of pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum is worse than that of normal pregnant women.3、There are differences in the integral distribution of SAS and SDS with different syndromes in pregnancy,patients with hepatogastric disharmony have greater psychological pressure.4、The more serious the symptoms of vomiting,the greater the psychological pressure of women.5、Treatment of this disease should pay attention to emotional nursing. |
