The Clinical Function Of The Treatment For Angina Pectoris And Antioxidant Mechanism Research By GuanXinPing

Objective:Before and after treatment, the changes of plasma GSH-Px、SOD and LPO, electro--cardiogram (ECG) and symptoms of the patient with coronary heart disease (CHD) are observed.Then it is used to evaluate the treatment efficacy of GuanXinPing granule on coronary artery and antioxidant function, and the mechanism is explored.Method:From March,2012to March,2014,120cases is collected in the study, which is from Jiangsu Province of TCM.120cases were divided into two groups.60cases in treatment group were treated by western medicine plus GuanXinPing granule,4pills a time,3times a day, and60cases in control group by XinKeshu granule,4pills a time,3times a day,for4weeks. Then the changes of plasma GSH-Px、SOD and LPO, ECG and symptoms of the patient with CHD are observed.Results:1.The symptoms of patients with angina pectoris are relieved in two groups. After the treatment the frequency of angina pectoris attacks in treatment group are less than that in control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the duration of angina pectoris in two groups is not statistically significant (P>0.05).2.After treatment the symptoms including chest tightness, chest pain, palpitations are relieved. There is highly statistical significance between two groups (P<0.01).3.The leads of ST depression and T-wave inversion are reduced after treatment, the difference of two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05).4. After treatment the level of GSH-Px、SOD is higher than before treatment, The level of LPO is lower than before,The difference of two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. GuanXinPing granule can relieve the symptoms of the patient with angina pectoris, reduce the frequency and the duration of angina pectoris attacks,improve the situation of ECG,.the clinical effect is significant.2. GuanXinPing granule can raise the level of GSH-Px、SOD, lower the level of LPO.It indicates that the mechanism of GuanXinPing granule treating CHD angina pectoris may be related to antioxidant function.
