The Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of GuanXinPing In Angina Pectoris And Its Impact On SOD, Hs-CRP

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Guan Xin Ping,which is a kind of compound Chinese medicinal preparation for treating coronary heart disease.The efficacy measures include SOD, hs-CRP contents in plasma, the symptoms of angina pectoris and other indices.On this basis,the mechanism of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in its treatment of angina pectoris was explored deeply.MethodsAccording to the case selection criteria and exclusion criteria,60cases of angina pectoris patients were selected in.By the randomized, single-blind, parallel-group method, these cases were divided into the experimental group and control group,30in each group. The experimental group was given Guan Xin Ping, and the control group was given Xin Ke Shu, both groups treating for4weeks, then the levels of plasma SOD and hs-CRP, clinical symptoms, ECG changes, and other indices were all compared before and after the treatment.Result1. The frequency and duration of angina attacking were decreased in both group. As the frequency of angina attacking, it’s more significant in the treatment group than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). As the duration of angina attacking, the treatment group decreased with statistical significance (P<0.05),which the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2. The curative effect of TCM symptoms (such as chest tightness, chest pain, palpitation, palpitations)was significantly, and more significant in the treatment group and the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05)3. The leads with ST-segment depression,T-wave inversion were decreased in both group, and more significant in the treatment group than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05) 4. After the treatment, the level of SOD in plasma improved, and the level of CRP reduced in the treatment group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). And the level of SOD improved in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05), the level of CRP reduced, which is no statistical significance (P<0.05). Between the two groups, the indicators of the treatment group compared with the control group, improved more significantly (P <0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion1.By the treatment of Guan Xin Ping on the patients with angina pectoris,the TCM clinical symptoms were improved, the angina frequency and duration were ameliorated,and the leads with ST-segment depression,T-wave inversion were decreased,which illustrated that the clinical effect of Guan Xin Ping on angina pectoris is significant.2.By elevating the level of SOD, decreasing the level of hs-CRP, the TCM clinical symptoms of patients were improved, which illustrated that the mechanism of the treatment of GuanXinPing on angina pectoris is related to the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
