Clinical Study Of Wubie Decoction In The Treatment Of Ovarian Reserve Function Decline

Objective:this subject adopts Wubie Decoction in the treatment of ovarian reserve function decline, clinical medicine symptom and FSH、LH%E2changes in hormone levels,combined with B ultrasound detection of ovarian volume and the number of antral follicles as main outcome, clinical evaluation of Wubie Decoction in the treatment of ovarian reserve function decline.Through clinical research system, strict,We prove the TCM in preventing premature ovarian failure and delaying ovarian function recession can provide an effective treatment.Methods:patients in the gynecology clinic of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during May2012to January2013selection, diagnosed with kidney yin deficiency type of diminished ovarian reserve, a total of50cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25cases in each group, the treatment group give teacher experience side Wubie decoction treatment, the control group take the Kuntai Capsule,3menstrual cycles, integration, before and after treatmenttwere observed and recorded the symptoms and signs of ovarian diameter (OVD), antral follicle count (OVF), serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and serum estrogen (E2) level changes.Results:from the total curative effect, the total effective rate of treatment group is88%. and the total efficiency of control group is76%. there is obvious difference between the groups of curative effect(P<0.05), and the treatment group is better than the control group; patients with syndrome total score before treatment were significantly different from the two groups after treatment (P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05); the two groups after treatment LH、E2、FSH before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); OVF compared with those before treatment were significantly different between two groups after treatment (P<0.05). but there was no significant differences in OVD(P>0.05); there was a significant difference between two groups in OVF(P<0.05), the two groups had no obvious difference in OVD(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wubie decoction can increase the serum E2in patients,but reduce FSH, LH levels, and increase number of antral follicle ovarian, have also significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with Chinese medicine, to improve the ovarian reserve function, improve the assisted reproductive technology (ART), the success rate of preventing and delaying premature ovarian failure (POF) is of immeasurable the role of the occurrence, treatment method is an effective and safely, can be used in clinical.
